Cancellation Policy

Cancellation — Form and Timing

Cancellations must be made in writing — for example by e-mail to [email protected]. Deadlines are calculated from the time the cancellation is received by the host. The arrival date is defined as the day of the planned check-in (14:00).

Cancellation Fees

The following cancellation fees apply to the total booking price — for both apartment and whole-property bookings:

• Up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
• 59 to 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
• From 30 days before arrival and in the event of no-show: 100% of the total price

No-Show and Early Departure

In the event of a no-show without timely cancellation, the full price (100%) is due. In the event of early departure, no entitlement to a (partial) refund exists.

Refunds

In the event of a free-of-charge cancellation, any payments already made will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
