Please note: only the German version of this document is legally binding. This translation is provided for your convenience.

Welcome

A warm welcome to the Villakasandra! We are delighted to have you here and hope you feel right at home. To ensure that all guests enjoy a carefree stay, we have put together a few guidelines. These house rules form part of the accommodation contract.

1. Quiet Hours and Consideration

The peace of our guests is important to us. Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00, avoid loud music and conversations outdoors, and do not slam doors. Parties and events are not permitted.

2. Safety and Care

Please close all windows and doors when leaving the property and switch off lights and electrical appliances. During thunderstorms or high winds, we recommend unplugging electronic devices from the mains, as voltage fluctuations can cause damage. Fireworks and firecrackers are not permitted on the property.

3. No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Smoking outdoors is of course permitted — please use the ashtrays provided and ensure all remnants are fully extinguished.

4. Occupancy, Visitors, and Children

The property may only be used by the booked number of guests. Please give us brief advance notice of any visitors. Overnight stays by unregistered persons are not permitted. Children must be supervised at all times — particularly on stairs, balconies, and around the pool.

5. Pets

Although we are very fond of four-legged companions, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate pets in order to protect guests with allergies and to maintain consistent quality standards. We appreciate your understanding.

6. Cleanliness and Care of Inventory

We appreciate your care with the property and its inventory.

• Please dispose of rubbish in the designated bins and, where possible, sort into general waste, paper, and packaging.
• Crockery and kitchen utensils should be cleaned and put away after use.
• Please empty the fridge before departure.
• Please avoid stubborn stains from self-tanner or red wine on textiles and upholstery.

7. Plumbing, Water, and Drainage

Please do not put fats, oils, wet wipes, hygiene products, nappies, cotton buds, or tampons down the toilet or drains. We ask you to use water responsibly — particularly during the summer months. Please report dripping taps, blockages, or unusual noises immediately so we can address them promptly.

8. Air Conditioning and Energy

Please use the air conditioning only with windows and doors closed, and switch it off when leaving the property.

9. Outdoor Areas, Pool, and BBQ

Pool: Use is at your own risk. Children may only use the pool area under supervision. Please shower before swimming to rinse off heavily oily sunscreen. Quiet hours apply at the pool as well.

Sun loungers: Two loungers are available per apartment; please return them to their place after use.

BBQ: A gas barbecue is available; charcoal grills are not permitted. Please use the grill only in the designated area and under supervision. After grilling, please turn off the gas.

10. Parking and Electric Vehicles

Please park only in the designated spaces and keep access routes clear. The driveway and car park are under video surveillance. Charging of electric vehicles is unfortunately not possible, as the property is not equipped for this.

11. Internet and Wi-Fi

High-speed Wi-Fi is available to you free of charge. Please use it lawfully — no file sharing, no unlawful content. In the event of misuse, access may be temporarily suspended.

12. Damage, Defects, and Keys

Things can sometimes break — that is part of life. Please report any damage or defects promptly so we can help quickly. For damage caused by guests, we always seek a fair solution. In the event of key loss, please inform us immediately; the cost of replacement and any consequential costs are borne by the guest.

13. Commercial Photography and Filming

Commercial or publicly distributed photography and filming, including social media productions with an advertising purpose, are only permitted with the prior written consent of the host.

14. Check-out

Check-out is by 10:00; alternative times are available by arrangement. Please leave the property in a broom-clean condition, dispose of rubbish, put away cleaned dishes, empty the fridge, close all windows, switch off lights and air conditioning, and return all keys.

15. Final Provisions

These house rules are in place to ensure the safety, protection, and mutual respect of all guests. In the event of violations, the host may take the necessary measures. The Terms and Conditions of the Villakasandra in their current version apply in all other respects.
