House rules and regulation

Noise: Noise of any kind is unwelcome in the house, especially during the nighttime hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. We kindly ask you to be considerate of your fellow residents and minimize noise.

Door Closure: Please ensure to close doors quietly to avoid disturbances.

Absence: If you are absent for more than 2 days, please inform the homeowners so that we can ensure your safety if necessary.

Pets: Unfortunately, keeping pets in our house is not allowed to maintain the living quality for all guests.

Smoking: We kindly request that you only smoke in designated outdoor areas to keep the premises free from smoke.

Parking: We kindly ask you to park vehicles only in the designated parking area and not to block the driveway.

Security: For the protection of your property and fellow residents, we ask you to always lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment.

Furniture / Inventory Damage: Please inform us immediately of any damages so that we can repair them as soon as possible. An inspection of the apartment before your departure is intended to clarify any damage cases.

Cleanliness: We kindly ask you to dispose of waste daily to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone.

Apartment Keys: Please remember to return all apartment keys upon the conclusion of your stay so that we can have them ready for subsequent guests.

Pool: Each apartment has access to two sun loungers by the pool for relaxation. Please enjoy the pool area and observe the safety instructions.

Storm / Thunderstorm: For safety reasons, please unplug all electrical devices during storms and thunderstorms to avoid potential damage.
